Fountain Inn Skilled Nursing Facility

Sherman Construction provided Cooke Associates with construction services to build a 34,419 SF skilled nursing facility in Fountain Inn, SC.

The facility will include twenty-four semi-private rooms, four having private bathrooms and showers. In addition to the semi-private rooms, eleven private rooms are planned with a majority having private bathrooms and showers. The complete facility will offer sixty beds of skilled nursing. Other amenities include a covered carport/drop off, spacious activity lounge, dining facilities and sitting rooms, as well as a beauty/barber room. Specifically designed large physical therapy and occupational therapy rooms with laundry and kitchen training will allow rehab patients to transition back to their homes quicker. A covered dining patio, outdoor patio with pergolas and screen porch will allow residents to enjoy nature while being at the facility. The project includes a fire sprinkler system and smoke/fire alarm systems throughout the complex.
