National Healthcare Corp - Parklane
Columbia, SC
Sherman Construction provided National HealthCare Corp with construction services for a one story, 60 Bed addition to their Parklane Road facility in Columbia, SC.
Construction details include metal stud exterior walls and light gauge metal trusses for the roof structure. Interior wall finishes included paint, vinyl wallcovering and ceramic tile. Interior floor finishes included carpet, vinyl tile, ceramic tile and porcelain tile. The new addition was completely sprinklered.
Careful detail was taken on the tie-in to the existing systems for emergency, fire alarm, nurse call, lighting and emergency lighting systems. The project also included complete CATV and telephone system wiring.
