Sherman Construction provided Woodco Inc with Design/Build construction services to establish a new, modern manufacturing facility in the Lakeside Business Park.
The facility includes 10,000 SF of manufacturing space along with approximately 2,000 SF of office and display area. The construction is a STAR structural steel building with a brick facade. Other features included a 3-Bay Loading Dock, fully automated sprinkler system, custom cabinetry and a central vacuum system throughout the facility.
