Spartanburg Housing Authority

Sherman Construction provided the Spartanburg Housing Authority with construction services for interior/exterior tenant improvement and modernization to the Northside Apartments in Spartanburg, SC.
The construction was completed with the facilities occupied, so scheduling of the project's exterior work was completed in phases and the interior work had limited time constraints to minimize disruption to tenants. Exterior work included improvements made to sidewalks, playgrounds, roofing and additions of roof canopies on some apartments. Interior work included replacement of kitchen cabinets, floor tile replacements and painting.
The project was awarded the 2006 Landscape Beautification Award by the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
