SAK-McDowell Office Building
Simpsonville, SC
Sherman Construction provided McDowell Insurance Agency with Design-Build construction services for a new 10,600 SF office building.
The project structure was a traditional design situated on a small piece of land to maximize the size of building and parking lot. The building consisted of load bearing wood studs, brick veneer, wood trusses, with shingles and single ply roofing. With the design-build offerings, the owner was able to move-in 2 months ahead of schedule and realize substantial savings.
