The Piedmont Club

Sherman Construction provided The Piedmont Club with construction services for a new addition and renovation to existing facilities.
The project consisted of a 10,600 SF addition to the existing facility. The new addition provided more dining areas and banquet rooms, including an extensive veranda and covered porch. A 3,900 SF renovation was completed in the last month of the nine month schedule. All construction activities occurred during the busiest time for the club. The only time available for major transition of HVAC systems were a regularly scheduled shut down period of 2 weeks.
