Cleveland Park East Animal Hospital

Sherman Construction provided the Cleveland Park East Animal Hospital with Design-Build construction services for their Simpsonville offices.
Dr. Allen Finley and the partners wanted to transform their existing building into a state of the art facility that allowed improved service to their clients. The project included a 9,600 SF new addition, as well as an extensive renovation of the existing 3,100 SF facility. All construction services were delivered within normal business operations for the animal hospital (6-day business week). Through the construction phase, total business operations were only stopped for a single 4-hour period while electrical service was changed over. The facility now delivers excellent boarding facilities with epoxy floors and walls. Other improvements were new surgical suites, on-site x-ray facilities and general treatment rooms for diagnosis and check-ups.
