Bonclarken Conference Center - Convocation Hall

Sherman Construction provided the Bonclarken Conference Center with construction services for a 12,000 SF multi-purpose facility located on the center's property.
The multi-purpose Facility can provide meeting space for approximately 300 people. In addition to meeting space, the building design allows a conversion into a full size gymnasium for indoor athletic activities and provides guests with a suspended running track around the perimeter. The conference center had contracted engagements for the new facility, so an aggressive construction schedule and planning through the winter months was implemented to meet the owner's desired delivery date.
