Sherman Construction provided Cumberland Village with construction services for 14 Duplex Independant Living Homes on the existing grounds of the original Cumberland Village Retirement Community in Aiken, SC.
The new facilities will provide residents a choice of 4 different floor plans including The Carlisle, The Bristol, The Chesterfield, and The Laurel. Amenities in the homes include such items as Vaulted Ceilings, Wrap-Around Porches, Garages, Wood Burning Fireplaces, Irrigation Systems and Brick Veneers.
