National Healthcare Corp -Lexington Healthcare Ctr
West Columbia, SC
Sherman Construction provided National HealthCare Corp with construction services for a one story, 88 Bed skilled nursing facility.
The original project consisted of a total of 40,000 SF. A secondary project provided an additional 20,000 SF of assisted living services at the site. After both construction projects, a total of 120 beds were available. The facility has full kitchen services, dining areas and laundry facilities.
