Sherman Construction provided National HealthCare Corp with construction services for a one story, 120 Bed skilled nursing facility.
The project consisted of a total of 62,000 SF. Nursing services and Alzheimer's services are provided at the facility. The facility has full kitchen services, dining areas and laundry facilities. One wing of the complex was constructed to support Med-Gas/Oxygen for in-room patient care. Successful execution of a tight construction schedule enabled the owner to realize substantial cost savings.
